Google launched Google Nexus 7 with
great features in cheep rate comparing to the other tablets and its features. At the Google I/O conference in June 2012, Asus
worked behind the hardware, Asus made Nexus 7 tablet based on Android 4.1 Jelly
Bean OS. Shipping will start from
mid-July for a price of $199 (Ranging about 10746 INR). However, the first Jelly Bean based tablet
could not make its way to the Indian market leaving the Android fans
disappointed.
Nexus 7 was launched with 8GB and
16GB internal storage options in the international market, however, while
unveiling Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 devices, Google added one more option to the
Asus made Nexus 7 tablet – 32GB and consequently going to discontinued the 8GB
version.
It launched before 6 months and Asus
made Nexus tablet hit the Indian market in the first week of November through
the online portals.
Google Nexus 7 sports a 7 inch 10
point multi-touch IPS display with 1280x800 resolution, quad core 1.2 GHz
Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS (Can upgradeable to Android
4.2 Jelly Bean), 1 GB RAM, 16 GB / 32 GB internal storage, 1.2MP front camera, Wifi
Bluetooth, 4,325 mAh battery and NFC connectivity.
Android 4.2-updated version of Nexus 7 tablet will receive
improved stability and performance, security features, expandable, actionable
notifications and easy personalization of the home screen.
